ABOUT
Britt Eisele
My journey in wine began in 2010 at Duck Pond Cellars, where I spent three and a half years learning the art of connection one conversation at a time. I started doing grocery store demos — five hours under fluorescent lights, finding ways to make every passerby feel seen with a smile and a story. By 22, I was traveling twice a month around the U.S., presenting to trade partners and distributors, and learning how to sell wine in wholesale markets entirely on my own. Storytelling became second nature, and when I returned to direct-to-consumer sales, connecting with people face-to-face felt effortless.
After that, I spent a year at Nike, working under the President and CEO of the Nike Foundation — an experience that sharpened my professional edge and gave me a front-row seat to the power of brand storytelling and global impact.
I eventually found my way back to wine, joining Sokol Blosser Winery in Hospitality & Events for two years. It was there that I learned the intricacies of creating memorable experiences and how to blend warmth with precision. After having my son, I became Director of Events for Chehalem Winery, where I helped design and open what is now known as the Stoller Wine Bar in Newberg.
For the past eight years, I’ve served as the Direct-to-Consumer Sales and Marketing Manager for de Lancellotti Family Vineyards, where I oversee wine club releases, sales strategy, and brand storytelling. I am also Head of Marketing for Anacréon Winery, lead Digital Marketing for Alexana Winery, and collaborate with several other small Oregon brands as a marketing consultant.
Over the last 15 years, I’ve worked across nearly every part of the wine business — wholesale, trade, events, DTC management, marketing, and design — giving me a 360° view of what makes a brand connect. In 2018, I began building my own digital marketing business just as social media was beginning to shift the industry. There wasn’t a roadmap or mentor then — just intuition, creativity, and a deep belief that authentic storytelling could bridge the gap between small businesses and their audiences.
Today, I bring that same curiosity and creativity into every partnership. I’m a marketer, photographer, and creative strategist, but more than anything, I’m a storyteller. My work helps brands find their rhythm, share their roots, and grow with intention.
the story behind the work.
“Motherhood didn’t pause my creativity — it redefined it. Every brand I build, every image I take, carries a piece of that perspective.”
PERSONAL Life & philosophies -
I am an Oregonian native, and have lived here for 36 years. We moved our family to McMinnville in 2018 to be closer to my clients, and have been in love with this charming town ever since.
Together, my husband and I both work full time while raising two beautiful children. Although we like to escape to the Oregon coast whenever we can (usually towing our 16-foot Bambi Airstream), chasing a little peace between projects is hard to find these days! When I do find tiny little moments to myself I get lost in a good read, or journal. I also love getting out and exploring new restaurants and boutique shops to support locally with my friends.
My office is based out of our home, where family life and business often intertwine. I started my marketing business so that I could be home with my kids, and have the flexibility to be able to be a more hands on parent. I’m a working mother first and foremost, and I’ve built my business around that truth — not in spite of it. The clients I partner with understand that motherhood is not a limitation but a grounding force that shapes how I lead, create, and connect with everyone I meet. I believe my openness and vulnerability is part of what makes me organically easy to communicate with.
I believe women should never have to choose between their careers and being present for their families. I advocate for this balance openly, while maintaining strong relationships, trust, and open communication with every client. The result is a partnership built on empathy, respect, and real human understanding — the same values that make great brands thrive.
